These Terms of Service govern your use of lumierolife.com and purchases from Lumiero Life, operated by JP Commerce Group, LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the site.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must have legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
3. Products and wellness information
Lumiero Life sells consumer sleep accessories, including the NightSeal 3D Sleep Mask. Product photographs, dimensions, materials, fit guidance, and colors are provided as accurately as reasonably possible, but display settings and normal manufacturing variation may affect appearance. NightSeal is a general wellness and comfort product; it is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual fit, comfort, and light-blocking results can vary.
4. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices and promotions are those displayed at checkout when the order is placed. Quantity discounts apply only to the qualifying quantity. We may reject or cancel an order because of product unavailability, a pricing or listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, or a legal requirement. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount. Payment is processed by Shopify and the payment methods available at checkout.
5. Shipping, returns, and refunds
Estimated processing and transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns, the 60-day satisfaction guarantee, bundle adjustments, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The site design, original text, graphics, logos, and other original content are owned by or licensed to JP Commerce Group, LLC and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes and may not reproduce or exploit its content without permission.
7. Third-party services
The store relies on third-party providers, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics services, and delivery carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the site and products are provided subject to the descriptions and express policies stated here, without additional warranties that can lawfully be excluded. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by law. These limitations do not exclude consumer rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
