Thank you for shopping with Lumiero Life, operated by JP Commerce Group, LLC. We are committed to delivering your Velvet Cow safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Order Processing

1.1. All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.

1.2. Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on Sundays and holidays will be processed on the next business day.

1.3. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

2.1. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. There are no minimum purchase requirements or hidden shipping fees.

2.2. Shipping costs are fully covered by Lumiero Life on all standard orders, including bundle orders.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination. These estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

3.1. United States

  • Standard Delivery: 10 to 20 business days
  • Tracking included on all shipments

3.2. Canada

  • Standard Delivery: 10 to 18 business days
  • Tracking included on all shipments

3.3. Europe (EU & UK)

  • Standard Delivery: 12 to 20 business days
  • Tracking included on all shipments

3.4. Australia & New Zealand

  • Standard Delivery: 14 to 22 business days
  • Tracking included on all shipments

3.5. Rest of World

  • Standard Delivery: 14 to 25 business days
  • Tracking included where available

3.6. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

4.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

4.2. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

4.3. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@lumierolife.com.

5. International Shipping

5.1. We ship to all countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5.2. Lumiero Life has no control over customs delays or additional charges. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures in your country.

5.3. Please check with your local customs office for information about duties and taxes applicable to your order before placing it.

6. Shipping Address

6.1. Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6.2. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at contact@lumierolife.com as soon as possible. We can only modify the shipping address if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

6.3. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

7.1. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office or carrier facility.

7.2. If your package is confirmed lost, damaged during transit, or stolen after delivery, please contact us at contact@lumierolife.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

7.3. We reserve the right to require photographic evidence of damaged items before issuing a replacement or refund.

8. Undeliverable Packages

8.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
