At Lumiero Life, operated by JP Commerce Group, LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our Products with a 60-Day Happiness Guarantee. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to make it right.
1. 60-Day Happiness Guarantee
1.1. We offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery. If your Velvet Cow does not make you smile for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within this period.
1.2. This guarantee applies to all products purchased directly from lumierolife.com. It does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
2.1. The return request must be initiated within 60 days of the delivery date as shown by the tracking information.
2.2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original tags and packaging intact, unless the return is due to a defect or damage during shipping.
2.3. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number) is required to process any return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
3.1. Items purchased during promotional events marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
3.2. Gift cards are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3.3. Items that have been intentionally altered, misused, or damaged by the customer after delivery are not eligible for return.
4. How to Initiate a Return
4.1. To request a return, please email us at contact@lumierolife.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Photographs of the item (if damaged or defective)
4.2. Our customer service team will respond within 24 to 48 hours with return instructions.
4.3. Please do not ship items back without first obtaining return authorization from our team. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
5. Return Shipping
5.1. Defective or Damaged Products: If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs. In some cases, we may issue a full refund without requiring the item to be returned.
5.2. Change of Mind: If you are returning an item for any reason other than a defect or error on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refund Process
6.1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. The inspection process typically takes 3 to 5 business days from the date of receipt.
6.2. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
- Other Payment Methods: processing times may vary
6.3. Refunds are issued for the product price only. Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
7. Exchanges
7.1. If you would like to exchange your item for a different color or variant, please contact us at contact@lumierolife.com within the 60-day return window.
7.2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired variant is not available, we will offer a full refund.
7.3. For exchanges, we will provide instructions for returning the original item and will ship the replacement at no additional cost once the original item is received or a return is confirmed in transit.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
8.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us at contact@lumierolife.com within 14 days of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
8.2. We will offer a full replacement or full refund at your choice, at no additional cost to you. In many cases, we will not require the defective item to be returned.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
9.1. If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- First, check with your bank or credit card company, as processing times vary.
- Contact your payment provider directly, as there may be additional processing time.
- If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at contact@lumierolife.com.
10. Cancellations
10.1. Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not yet been fulfilled or shipped.
10.2. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at contact@lumierolife.com with your order number.
10.3. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process outlined above.
11. Bundle Orders
11.1. For bundle orders (2 Velvet Cows), you may return individual items from the bundle. However, the refund amount will be adjusted to reflect the individual item price ($34.99 per unit) rather than the discounted bundle price, unless all items in the bundle are returned.
11.2. If all items in a bundle order are returned, the full bundle purchase price will be refunded.
